limitless is a series of color photographs that features images of sunset/sunrise digitally laid over images of natural structures and landscapes in such a way that they resemble multiple exposed analog film. The series was borne of chance. I took photographs of the lush of Atlanta and found myself drawn especially to sky gradient during the sunset. Around the same time, I was experimenting in the printing process in darkroom and post-production as a way to understand the basis of the color layer in prints. The limitless employes color gels, light masking, and analog film to depict the sense of the abstract painting.
